4052. Implemented a new contributory pension history report that was requested yesterday by the client in EPPMS Payroll.
4085. EPPMS user called from Abuja on two different issues, one to do with date formatting in Excel of exported data for which we sent instructions like last year, the other requiring modification of the MDA nominal report.
4111. Extended the MDA nominal roll in EPPMS to 2016 later in the day, reformatting the date columns as well.
4122. Resumed adding more data entry features to Gerian. Many new data entry features to add to Gerian had slowly come up. We decided to do the affiliate sources first and then implement commissions entry. Next could be progress snapshot from the scoreboard, Biz Quiz, stream posts, goals, goal task descriptions, anything we downloaded or recorded separately presently.
4133. Implemented basic commission entry in Gerian, for local recording of earnings information from the SFI website.
4144. Visited EPPMS client for technical support including upgrading of the application to version 4.46. Had discussions of new user requirements. Implemented more detailed commission entry in Gerian, including income types.
4155. Began implementing SQL code for setting up a revised CONMESS salary table in EPPMS, for medical doctors.
4166. Continued revision of EPPMS, implementing user-created payment items in the Pensions module.
4170. Completed work on the EPPMS revision, copying the update installers and source files to CD and flash.
4181. Visited EPPMS client for technical support including upgrading of the application to version 4.5, resolving their outstanding issues.
4192. Visited new Printwiser client for free technical support, providing further tutorials to address the few areas of challenges reported by the two estimators.
4284. EPPMS user requested a new promotion listing report for use by Saturday just two days away. The implementation was carried out into the night. Implemented MBDM (MoneyBooks Data Manager) version 2.62 with changes to the document list and addition form, applicant submenu, gifts posting, user table list.
4295. Hours after texting EPPMS user that the required EPPMS update was ready, he called saying he also needed to send information for inactive staff on Monday to Abuja, which required our going back to revise the application. Before this we were adding three new tables to Gerian, for data we were keeping in MBDM and a text file, and we completed the basic work before switching to EPPMS.
4306. Finalized work on the EPPMS revision, uploaded the update installer then emailed and texted the user for download and installation. Implemented scoreboard data entry in Gerian, for recording SFI statistics as they changed from time to time, such as VP scores and ranking.
