2016. Noticing that copying a bank GL transaction didn’t update the check date we realized the last revision done to MoneyBooks General Ledger had not been complete and had only been effective for batch transactions. We now completed the revision, updating the check date for a regular transaction as well. Later in the month, a minor revision was made to the importing of CSV transactions, compiled as v3.44.
2171. It was time to download share stock transactions since December, but a website error was issued by Lemeechi StockReader and nothing was downloaded. We realized the website of FSL where the downloading was done from, had been revised, with the referenced URL no longer valid. We checked for alternative websites, finding some that displayed only the current, last trading day’s transactions with no provision for changing the date, just like the new FSL. Later in the month work began on the next StockReader v1.3, revising the downloading code for the last trading day, using the new URL of FSL.
2193. A client user of our MoneyBooks Payroll called to report issues with their installation. A visit was made to the client the following week and the issues were sorted out so they could continue using the application. What happened was that he’d not been able to start the application at the start of the year. Being a new user, he had unknowingly re-installed from the CD, wiping out their data in the process, including the login records, and so had not been able to log in afterward.
We also held two review sessions for our website, first adding three items to the Downloads page, then replacing 3 outdated banners on the Partners page with SFI’s new Fun.Money banners.2226. We implemented the next MoneyBooks Data Manager v3.56 revision, with changes to the query processor’s SQL History list, and the Phone Call Form. We also troubleshoot and fixed the non-display of the monthly summaries graph in the Website Statistics submodule.
2241. Our WEB241 custom search engine was updated with a new map included. The labeling format for certain maps when they were displayed was also reviewed.
