3034. During the first of three technical support visits to NRC this month, we installed revised update for the A4 IPPIS payslip option for EPPMS, against the current database and also the January backup database. We imported and posted February payroll from IPPIS. Request was received for the extraction of historical nominal data, from 2014 to 2021, in a special format, for PAYE verification by the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation.

3045. Investigated unsuccessful MoneyBooks Sales posting and found the cause to be an invoice without a sales department. We put in a check for this in the database code.

3233. Put up the draft of the SQL code to extract the listing for the PAYE verification in EPPMS. During the next visit the extraction of data was done for 2014 as a test. Final extraction was done later at the end of the month for the years 2014 to 2021.

3255. The re-installation of Printwiser at APSPS (formerly APBF) went well, after the installation CD files were first transferred to a flash drive on another computer, as the CD drive on the new computer wasn’t working. Before we left the estimator reported an issue with the Bindery List for Flexo estimates, the list not showing properly, and we took a copy of the database to investigate further. Later during investigation we found the cause of the display issue to be the existence of a single entry that was saved with NULL or invalid values.

3303. Final approval for the next important upgrade of Printwiser Estimating was received few days ago. We continued work on it, building and testing the estimate to spreadsheet conversion code.
