2013. Revised Randomizer, completing implementation of new bet ticket format, and bet checking against draws. Visited Printwiser client to update their installation to the latest version 7.55 and then put the estimators through the cost-back data entry and reporting process.

2024. Revised cost-back generation in Printwiser WIP, including grand total and customized reporting for the LITHO item.

2050. Began implementing bet results data entry in Randomizer, for occasions when importing from the website was not possible or convenient. Resolved the non-capturing of the page section reference during data entry on the time sheet and materials usage forms of Printwiser WIP, which had caused an issue noticed at the client site regarding entry for cover being reported against text.

2061. Created the installer for the revised Printwiser ready for the next visit to the client. In Randomizer, completed implementation of manual data entry of draw results along with adding a button on the bets and watch list windows for controlling visibility of draw results.

2072. Enhanced the watch list window in Randomizer, setting custom date/time formats for many columns. Completed the version 4.63 revision of EPPMS, including an SQL script to remove punctuations in names of staff, providing grade level range for the cash analysis report and adding another item to the selection of quartered staff.

2083. Revised Randomizer to add to the watch list the number of days since a watch was created up to the current date or the day the draw was made, along with average days per draw.

2094. Visited Printwiser client and updated their systems and again put the users through the data entry requirements for cost-back reporting.

2120. Enhanced the watch list in Randomizer to show how many times each of the two numbers on watch was drawn separately, to help in determining the next likely couple to be drawn based on their individual popularity.

2175. Implemented the Show Pending/All button on the Watch List in Randomizer.

2212. Met with a prospect to discuss our November proposal for implementation of web-based FrontAccounting ERP software including customization. They expressed readiness to commit to the project within a few days.

2223. Began work on the only one of two requested EPPMS features that didn’t already exist, implementing the listing of people due for retirement with options for their automatic deactivation.

2234. Completed the automatic retirement revision in EPPMS, uploaded the installer and informed the user. Revised the time logging feature in MoneyBooks Time Manager to stop creating a continuation entry when the time went beyond midnight, then began revising the project invoicing form for more flexibility.

2245. Completed the first 2017 revision version 1.89 of Time Manager and built the executable.

2271. While investigating an issue previously noted against MBDM, we stumbled on a “null object” error in an ancestor window inadvertently introduced on the 14th of last month while fixing another issue and then identified and rebuilt the seven affected programs after correcting the error: MBDM, MBIN, MBAP, MBSA, MBTM, Printwiser, Gerian.
